We are sorry you were not satisfied with the order, so we&#8217;re happy to offer returns or exchanges. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Requests must be initiated within 10 days of order receipt, extended to 30 days during the holiday season. Email marannwon@gmail.com with your reason for return and we&#8217;ll respond with instructions. Returns are granted at our discretion.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Returned items must be in original, brand-new condition with no signs of wear or use. Once a return is approved, items must be shipped within 5 business days or the authorization will be voided. Please package securely, ideally in original packaging.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All sale items are final sale.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Shipping Returns<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Damages<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If an item is received damaged, please email marannwon@gmail.com immediately upon receipt, with a clear description of the item and include a photograph.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Shipping<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Many items are made to order, so we ask that you please allow 1-3 weeks for these pieces to be handmade.
